Bob worked for US Carpentry
in the early 80’s as a framing carpenter and has over 600 hours of
training from The Refrigeration School (air conditioning and
heating) in Phoenix AZ...
Bob owned a successful metal
stud framing, drywall and painting contracting business in the
Phoenix, AZ area with 80 + employees.
At the same time Bob and his
brother started Indoor Environmental Technologies, a residential and
commercial air duct cleaning and environmental testing company.
After running those
businesses for a number of years, it was time to sell and expand
his knowledge of the construction industry.
For the last 10+ years Bob has
worked a building superintendent, project manager and builder/
contractor in the custom home and commercial building and remodeling
industry and currently holds a residential & commercial general
contractors license (BV Builders LLC – ROC #177789) in the state
of Arizona.
Bob is a certified home inspector
in the Great State of Arizona certification #40688 and also has a National Home Inspector
Certification. American Society of Home Inspectors #244875. Bob is
also a Certified Master Inspector, Member of PRO SPEX, Certified
Mold Screener, Pro Lab Industry, Affiliate Member of the Scottsdale
Area Association of Realtors and a Speaker for The Professional
Institute of Real Estate.
Bob has always stood for Integrity
